Day 0 - Route planning for tomorrow’s training session 6am start 4.8 miles to ease into the walking. Google Earth will be invaluable for this, will share some more details of the training plan tomorrow

Day -1 - 2 Days before the training plan comes into play. Planning and website design currently on the cards training plan isn’t fully fleshed out will be going to speak a fitness expert during the week to go over it and get some advice for the training and the walk. 🇬🇧
